I'm not sure if this is right but here goes.

When I started the quest I talked to the Mithra in Lower Jueno that says something along the lines of "Did she have long bangs". I put yes and then went to the GUY in Upper Jueno about the favorite hair color and I clicked something along the lines of "Not your favorite hair color". Well during the next quest (where you find the child), the NPC that appear next to the child was a Elvaan Female with long BLACK hair. . . I'm not sure if this is the NPC that I am going to get, but he said it was the adventurer so I am guess it is so.

You were correct, but I didn't see the post by the time I finished the update and started. x.x No worries though, I managed to pick the right ones, and I got the face I was looking for. The lines for the fights are still long. x.x

yes, but there is a kicker...you have to complete all three quests before you can cancel. so you will have to wait in the loooooong lines and do both nm fights, then go back and cancel, and start all over again. this is se's way of creating a huge time sink and pissing alot of people off with the lack of a really thought out npc quest/control system.

I can confirm that choosing Female Taru and speaking to Akta results in Face 2, not Face 6.

Face 4 is not available. For hume female only 1,2 and 3 are options.

According to Jei's list, Face 4 for taru males is not available. The person on Alla likely got a different face, and used the race changing program to switch the face he did get to 4a. That's what I intend to do with mine as well since the one I wanted was not available.

What about Elvaan F 3A and 8A?

8 is from mithra in lower jeuno. 3 is not available.

strange isn't it they only gave us 3 face options. I spent hours looking for the 1 more NPC that doesn't exist.

No, doesn't work. Once you say yes to one of the three, the others no longer ask and you have to go pick your hair color.

I see so what happens if you say 'No' to all 3? Does anything occur then?

You speak to them and they describe a person. You can say whether or not it is that person. If you say no, you can go on your merrry way and ask another person. If you ask the same person you said no to, they give the same description. No way to select more than one, and to progress with the story you must say yes to one.

Hmm, didn't understand what I was saying I see. I guess to answer my questions I'll have to just try it myself.
