I think these are other npc calling items, and it seems that they might be the HQ version of those other mob masks. I'm assuming that these will get you beastmen npc partners.

They added four new Summerfest items for each race, or so it seems. There are shorts and a shirt for each race and gender. Also there are HQs for them.
