BIG problem!

I decided to go back to FFXI and i had late fees on my account so i payed them off (3 fees adding to about $60) and when i payed them off and logged in i got this "Unable to activate your Playonline account per your request. Please contact the Playonline Information Center for further details if you have any questions." anybody else have this happen to you? or can help me with it please? i dont want to just throw out $60 :magdisgus

Yeah I would call them to see what’s up. If your account was banned for some reason it may still have that "Flagged" status. So definitely call them.

you didnt throw money out, you payed your late fees...

Those late fees would end up on your credit rating if not payed, which means no future car or home loans if you didn't pay them off. So whether you get your account back or not, that $60 was put to very good use. I haven't heard of anyone having late fees put on their account. If your card was out of money/maxed they just discountinued service.
