    i think it targeted the problem alot of use have been getting these past few days.

    Nin75, Bst75. Drk61, War61, Rdm40, All other jobs are 37. All 3 starting city missions completed. All Zilart missions completed. All CoP missions completed. TouA completed.

      The random d/c's? Or was this an early pre update update?

        This one isn't activated yet... it's for next week. A head start saves bandwith among others, like beta test servers.

        Though you can probably sniff around to see what S-E might release come next monday.

            As far as I saw it was mostly .spw files. Not sure that they are but I can't say I've gone looking to find out.

              Yeah, I think it was all sound effects. I didn't see one file that wasn't an .spw. I listened to the ones from 286 and they sounded like some alien like mob fighting. I'll do a search for new files and see what the other ones are.

              *EDIT* I converted what I could of the new sound effects. Some forced both POLUtils and XiMC to crash. >.> The ones I were able to convert were monster noises and what sounds like weapon skills.

                They were all mostly sound effect or music files. Won't see new items and armor till the actual update.

                        Which ones? I noticed that for the Fantasy Earth pages in the POL Viewer their bgm is .at3 (ATRAC-3?); I hope they haven't added a new type of SFX format...

                            The sound files are 2-channel, 16 bit, 48000Hz PCM (an example would be se011094.spw). I have no idea why I'm not able to convert this new type. There were quite a few in the new update, and, as I said before, both XiMC and POLUtils didn't work. I have your latest version installed, too.

                              If its Atrac-3, then it's a sony proprietary audio format (which would make sense). There are converters and a winamp plugin for on the net, but I can't post the links here. Just google/yahoo them.
