    Quick check, is anyone else having connection problems right around now? (starting 40 minutes ago or more, perhaps?)

    I was getting some weird issues when I tried looking at the network traffic, I'm a little afraid someone might be trying a cache-poisoning attack on me, but I shut down my DNS server and switched to my ISP's, and got the same thing. I won't worry if everyone's having this problem, but want to make sure it's not isolated...

    Edit: Yes, I notice S-E says there were problems this morning. But S-E said they were resolved about half an hour before I tried to get on... so, is it just me, or did they not actually recover for more than half an hour?

                    So I guess it wasn't just me that was having connection problems last night. Weird cause I finally got Sky access, and when I went to Ru'Aun Gardens, it kept booting me, saying I'm disconnected and crap. I was so depressed cause I didn't get to see Mission 13 T_T. Oh well, least they're addressing it. But thing is, I've been having some connection issues for the past 3 weeks now. So far, no updates has happened. I'm hoping there will be one, just to see wth is really happening.

                        I actually had a little problem of getting kicked off FFXI w/ a reset connection last night a bit before 1am Eastern. Jokingly blamed it on S-E not liking NA players speaking Japanese, since I'd put romaji in my search comment before each time I got knocked off, and earlier I tried to put a macro w/ some kanji and kana in it, and it kept getting auto-deleted.

                        Anyway, glad to know this is just standard DDoS and not specifically my problem. I don't have as much time to police my server as I used to, so I get paranoid if I notice something weird...

                        Anyway, back to using Kuri for DNS.
