        Very useful..

        The level 50 Job-specific Rings activate when HP is in Yellow and TP is below 100%, according to Mysterytour and what I've heard..

                Nice. I've always wondered about Melody Earring. Good to know. When PLD'd cover ability move down to 3 min, I'm going to try out Save the Queen in Exp and see if it flys.

                    aren't all latent effects also only active when TP is below 100%?
                    i mean in addition to the other requirement(s).

                      No, the TP condition is specific to an item. The Latent effects that activate with subs is about it's only condition.

                          I'm a blm so wouldnt my lvl50 earrings constantly be in effect in PT since I dont get TP? But they cost like 3k and people always sell them back after they get them. Whats the deal? :X
