When someone asks you a question, and you just stand there trying to find how to use the auto-translate function in speech. On aim I always press the tab button every now and then to try and translate something. Had a meeting with my CoP static once on aim, and one person kept leaving the chat room because she kept pressing the escape key.
Also when your only fear of death is the exp loss. >.>

When typing in anything other then ffxi hit tab after typing things like "hm" "cong" "good j" "i'm int" "exp"

When using MSN Messenger, I always find myself pressing Esc and just closing the box, also pressing the Tab key half way through a word. :-D

when you wish that you could play FFXI on your normal everyday utilizations, like the refrigerator, in your car, on your bike, on your phone, in the bathroom.

When you take your laptop to the bathroom wit you because you dont want to mess up the exp chain.

When you turn your laptop on everywhere you stop, so you can get a wireless signal to check your mule.

When your girlfriend storms out of your house, and you actually check the area for aggro before typing /shutdown then wait to logout before going after her.

then when you go outside, you try doing a "/sea all gf 18-19" to find where she is.

Or when she's all close to you, you turn on vibration to make her feel better.

And when she finally goes to sleep, you make sure not to cast Cure and wake her up.

Whats sad is that the one about storming out, i actually waited till i was fully of off POL and FFXI before going after her. Too many times i've ended up dead in rolanberry cause i /h by a zone an a Maloboro raped me while AFK.

Oh, and I do wish i could log into FFXI whereever I am, whatever I'm on. be it a restaraunt table, or at a urinal, just so I can check LS news.

Oh I got another one: when you get into a serious argument over who's turn it is to play FFXI and you guys dont talk to each other for a few days in RL and on-game.

And when you send her a signed Lilac Corsage in-game, she forgives you.
