Wijnruit can be bought in Upper Jeuno or Ru'Lude Gardens from the flower sellers.

Mandragoras rarely use their poison attacks, and their regen ability is not very significant.

At later levels poison isn't a big deal. It's annoying sure but you'll never die from it. For one you wont be soloing and you have too much HP for it to do any real damage. It may seem evil at lower levels but it's really not. At later levels it's more of a "I can stop you from resting, bwahaha! I am the evil poison!" Insead of a "I can kill you, aren't I the evil one."

mandragora regen not a bad thing at low levels? Think about this, WHM melee dmg is about 6 pts per hit, at those levels and that's not even counting the times you miss. So the fight goes...

        tiny mandragora readies photosynthesis.
        you deal 6 dmg.
tiny mandragora gains the effect of regen.
        you miss.
        you miss.
        you deal 6 dmg.
        you miss.
        you deal 6 dmg.
        you miss.
        you miss.
        you miss.
take off target lock, time to run for the zone. Cause he's probably back to half hps by now.

Probably a Tough at a low lvl as you can solo them

When you get plauge breath it takes about 150 HP away, Warriors resist virus doesnt help much ><

Posion is no Minor when you are in higher lvl pt's

Well unless your mage is out of MP and somehow has been poisoned

antidotes can also be purchased at the item store in windy waters if you're on your way out to east sarutabaruta ^^

san d'orian grapes are 70-80g from a vendor in southern sandy. as you face away from the AH, she (old lady, i forget the name) is to your left, the first vendor in that line of booths over there (past where the circus performers are when sandy is first in conquest).

i think somebody mentioned that winjiruit can be purchased at the alchemy guild in bastok. it can also be harvested in west sarutabaruta. you can buy sickles at that same item store in windy waters.

cobalt jellyfish can be purchased on the boat from mhaura to selbina, from the guild in windy port, or from the alchemy guild in bastok. i have no idea how many they sell per day, though. :/

i dont know if running around after poisoned affects its duration, but it hardly lasts more than 15 seconds on me no matter what i seem to do. the only time i have issues w/being poisoned is when leveling a job from 1-6. after the first time i ran all the way into town and my mog house just to die on the steps leading in, i started making my own antidotes ^^ after that it never seems to be a problem. very weird, especially when i would PT in dunes and people would start freaking out if they got poisoned and no one had poisona. i was surprised at how very long it seemed to last on some people. i dont usually have any +water armor on, either.
