MOD's Ragnarok Server Access

Hello,

Having a hard time finding how to gain access to the Ragnarok server. Saw this post below by a mod but it is really out of date. Can someone help me out with this?

Sorry for delay, there isn't much activities on this site, but for sake of perhaps searching for posts or info I have enabled all server access for you.
