More active?

Is there any way we can make this Siren forum more active, do you think?

I see posts down the page here from way back in '04 and would love to get more people over here.

SirenFFXI really seems to be the main Siren forums. More active than here and Alla.

My experience has been that the easiest way to get people involved in something is to offer an incentive. Maybe forming our own Assault shell and establishing a winning track record might help. At this moment in time, I have neither the paitence nor the inclination to weed through the semi-functional masses to put together a working group, but that's only because I'm preoccupied with a bunch of other stuff.

Give me a week or two, and if no Assault shell materializes, I'll get my staging points and try to get rolling with something.

let me know cause i have a linkshell thats already named and stuff just need members lol. i'm willling to make it an Assualt ls if anyone is interested. I really would like to get some assualts done so please let me know lol. I need 20k in assault points in each region to get the lvl 72 gear i want/drool over lol.

I'll do that Drecan...I'm actually in the process of trying to find someone that will help me fight a BCNM, I've only done 1 (the Giddeus one) for the bastok mission...I think you have to trade Beastmen Seals to a guy in Jeuno for Orbs and take them to Burning Circles....But I don't know which ones to goto or how many should be in the party for them,

I'm kinda lost in the dark, but They fights sound interesting and I hear they give good drops on occassion...

bcnms are different then assualt. bcnm are orb fights yes but assualt is in the new expansion all you have to do is work your way through the first couple of missions then you can do assualts which is your given a mission 3-6 people can go into the area and then you have to be successful in doing whatever you have to do to complete it to earn assualt points.

bcnms are good for trying to make a little extra gil but assualt points gets you some good gear with full set affects and other stuff.

all right cool hit me up in game and we can try and set something up. maybe we can try and get an assault slot here to post upcoming events and such. or i can just make up one lol

I say if you've already got a shell geared up for Assault and/or high level missions and whatnot to just post about it here (in a separate thread, I mean).
