Looking to form a static permanent party

I lately haven't had too much luck lving up my samurai. Stuck at lv48 for a while, and well alot of people I know who succeed in the game are always in these static parties. I really need one, even if it not for my samurai, I'd be willing to start over with a different job if it helped. Not all my jobs i'd wanna use but here's a few of the jobs I'd wanna.

Samurai at lv48
White Mage at lv16
Thief at lv15
Dark Knight at lv11
Red Mage at lv10
Bard at lv5, i'd solo lv it more before static party

Those are the jobs i'd be willing to use for the party. Whatever was needed most, and what would be prefered since I'm a tarutaru I'd use. Anyway, I really hope with some people on here, we can build one up. If you have friends on linkshells too that wanna help trying to form, would be great. Well the thing about static parties is, you will no longer play on **your** time, you will play on everyone else's time, which can be nice, but also can be very frustrating.

Static parties are excelent but hard to come by... and this type of thing is hard to arrange, it kinda just happens.

So my advice to you is... be a leader. Form you own PTs... and eventually you will notice that you will PT often with the same people, and after a while you build up a friendship, then there is the commitment... thats how my Static PT came to be. We have been together since lvl 1, and now we are almost 60, and going strong, we didnt stop and was like "hey lets be a static PT" we just PTed together for a long time, then decided to no longer PT with other people. Its all about being friends thats how Static PTs become enjoyable and efficient.
