Hello all,
I'm new to the world of Vana'diel, but I've enjoyed all the time I've had in it so far. I'm making this post in the hopes to get in contact with the FFXI Ramuh community. I'm currently playing a WHM as my main, but I generally rotate into each job and keep them around the same level. That helps me to learn how to play the game, learn the local area, and learn how to play with a gamepad. I'm a NA player and a ex-EQ player. I like to think I was a pretty good EQ player before I stopped. I started in 99 and just now stopped. I had a monk up to 65 almost Time flagged, and 95 aa before I lost all interest in the game.
Anyhow I just wanted to say hello and I hope to be able to give some insight that is at least 1/2 as usefull as all the already great info I've got from here. I generally play early mornings here (roughly 5am-9am CST) so I see a lot of overseas based people. I can't speak/type anything other than english, but I don't mind grouping with anyone as long as it's fun.
Anyhow to make a long post short. Hello and if you see Caitlyn (Hume/Female) running around don't be afraid to say "hi". I'm usually roaming around solo till someone needs a bit of help or company. Take care!
PS.. Oh and I play a girl in game, cause I've always liked the aspect of a girl kicking the crap out of a tough person/creature. It's sort of my underdog mentality, but I am a guy in real life so don't get blindsided.
