I've been wondering what the romanji for all those macros that I see are. Lots of stuff like musical notes, stars, and those cute faces.. I just recently figured out the waving hand being <notsu> ƒmƒc or <noshi>?@ƒmƒV both in katakana. What are the others? I want to make really kawaii macros for my BRD. <(^_^)>?@ƒmƒV

I don't know what all of them are, however... typing out "kigou" in hiragana gives you a huge list of various symbols when you hit space. Have fun!

Typing kigou will bring you up a lot of symbols in a horrible mess, though using them will bring them closer to the start of the list. The cute faces such as ('?ž')?U,?@(?L?EƒÖ?E?M) and?@(*^-^*) involve typing kaomoji and hitting space. However, to get kaomoji to work you must download and get IME to recognize it. I don't understand it fully, I just followed a guide which you should be able to find by searching this site for kaomoji. I beleive i might still have the file so if you have no luck just post or PM me and i'll dig it up, send you it and try to guide you through it.

Are you sure it's a waving hand....? O.o “Ê?@?ƒ?|?|?|Err...Anywho thanks for some of the info guys i've been wondering about some of these. Do they mean anything...like if I put it in my macro would it be saying anything? I dont want to say, "TP?F‚P‚O‚O?“**idiot or something ya know what i'm saying ...

kaomoji

The faces are called kaomoji. I had one file long ago but lost it, but Orko was kind enough to link me to a new one which is even better~ It's a text file that you upload into your IME and depending what you type, it will convert into a kaomoji (press Space Bar to convert)

To load it, go into your Control Panel > Keyboard settings. Go to IME Settings and choose the Dictionary Tool in the Dictionary Tab. Choose Tool Menu > Import text file... and select the kaoIME.txt

Now whenever you type "kao" or "kaomoji" you have a wide selection of faces to use~ Other words too, such as "hai" "uge" "mahou". To see what the dictionary file has, you can go back and open in the Dictionary Tool:
