How do things like this happen? I remember once on our server sandy took over saruta, but why? I mean, does a giant nation-specific linkshell decide to do a bunch of things in the region like trading at outpost and training low-level jobs?

They just trade at outpost the day before tally so they become dominant. Its just go get outpost warp for that area.

things like this happen when people make expeditionary force parties, barely anyone does one of those, so when one is done, everything goes to hell and back
