Dependin on how populated the sever is depends on how much you'll have to pay for a WP (Ragnarok is populated so ya can buy a WP for like 1.2K, not all that much) *especially when yur rich from pimpin mithras like me hehehe*
Now once you receive a WP you should hurry because it expires in 4 days, and the number can be used by 5 ppl only. once you've used the WP it then gives u free access into that sever and enables you to create a whole ! 5 ! characters on that sever before you need to get another WP. You can do this by typin in which sever you want to be on and entering the code, but it is case sesetive. So if you've recieved a WP than most likly ya won't need another and if yur an insane bastard with 10 different names, *damn y0 bill is gonna be big a$$* you can just buy a WP from Port Sandoria <G-7> I believe but I ain't sure. :sweat:
