Yes, however, my real life husband's black mage was not saved. He was a taru lvl 75 BLM, lvl 70 WHM, rank 10 San D'oria, lvl 38 cooking, and possessed zenith mitts. He has not yet decided whether he will start over. If he does start over though, he'll be starting out with about 2 million gil, because he sent some of his more valuable items away to a friend of ours before our accounts were closed. Our friend has since returned those items to me, where they will stay for at least 6 months while I give my husband time to make up his mind if he wants to restart. It really is a shame that nothing could be done for his account...

Because so many of you were interested, I thought it was only right to tell you all that my husband's account was also recovered. This required two international 30-minute calls to Japan, and I don't even want to KNOW what the phone bill is going to look like when it arrives. I probably could have bought him a NEW lvl 75 BLM for what it cost us to revive his old one. But then it wouldn't have been *his* and that would have been skeazy ^^

So, both my account, the 75 RDM, and his account, the 75 BLM, have been recovered. Thanks again to all the citizens of Ragnarok for your help to two strangers on Ramuh ^^

Hey guys. This is Arrowney of Ragnarok server. It seems this same thing has happened to me today, and I have little time before my account is closed. After reading the past 4 pages, I've not learned of a way around this....just a bunch of speculation and theories. It was a let-down to build up to how Max got around the situation, only to not post how. The only helpful post were the last couple where the person had to call Japan twice to get her accounts back. Is this what everyone had to end up doing to save their accounts?
Please anybody with any information, please let me know ASAP. I'm in desperate need of useful information on the subject. I just spent the past 8 hours researching and trying to find a solution. Your help will be much appreciated. Thank you very much in advance.
