I would suggest that you use Tp and ACC gear for tping. When you use a weapon skill, use ACC, and STr+ gear to deal the most damage that you can. Or, you just full time ACC, and ATTK gear, then gear swap with acc and Str+ gear for WS.
<edit> Pallas Bracelets works wonders for WS damage on a Sam. Just gotta off set the Dex- though other wise you WILL miss a lot of your weapon skills.Comment

Not a SAM, but every melee works the same so whatever. PM me if you're too embarrassed to ask your questions on the forum or something.
