Odin Beseiged!

So I managed to get into the second besieged event in odin, which happened to be the first one that the enemy forces made it to Al Zhabi.

425 people in zone, most people didn't even see mobs pop. Most of them popped for me, but already dead. I camped my F8 button and managed to get one spell off (Banishga II), and hit two mobs.

Got 32 XP for it, and unlike normal Sanction, the Imperial Standing gain was 100% of XP earned, not 10%.

The cutscenes lasted longer than the actual besieged. -.-

If the beastmen ever got past Lvl1 they might be fun. For now though, besiged is a joke.

my friend went to that...while we were doing a rank missions he said emergancy r they really a emergancy or r they just a random thing that happens

THey are very predicatable. You can watch in the region map as the various beastmen rise in power. They are at the lowest lvl0. If they have an acashik mirror, they can train. While they train, they increase in numbers until the little bar representing thier numbers reaches 100%. If it does, they invade. If no mirrors, thier numbers will not decrease drasticly, but they cannot train. Mirrors are destroyed by assault missions.

So basicly, with one mirror, once a beastman group reaches 95%, you have about two hours until they invade based on what I saw today. With so many people in Al Zhabi atm, its hardly an emergency, though if you have a fast connection and computer it can be interesting.

I've yet to be able to zone into Al Zhabi while besieged is going on. ._.

I was in a besieged after the update, it's fun now.
