I just started playing the game, and I'm having fun so far. I've mostly been wandering lost around windurst with my roommate.

when does everyone on Carbuncle tend to be active, mostly?

Welcome to Carbuncle.
You will not find that the starting cities will be very busy at any time. When you gain access to Whitegate you will find most people there, it is more or less the game's hub. If you need help with anything let me know in-game. Char name is Cotners.

Thanks! I'll be running around Windurst for a good deal longer, getting the hang of things.
