Looking for friends/LS/parties

Hey Carbunclers,
I'm a returning player from a couple years back and seeing as there're so many fewer players under level 30 nowadays I'm trying to hook up with people who have jobs at that level. I'm not talking a static necessarily, but I'm taking WAR up to unlock DRK, I've got experience, and it'll take a group to do missions and whatnot.

I'm up for it and I have friends who are high level who can help. Can't even remember what level my character is thought -- it's been a while since I've played. Just re-installing now.
