Hiyas all!

I'm a 21WHM/11BLM sitting in Jueno right now feeding the blasted Chocobo 2 more feedings (which I'll do when I get home from work) and then I'll run over and buy Cure 3

I've been playing in and around Jueno for the last day, been fun but all I ever group with is Japanese, which isn't bad I can usually get them to understand me (I use the auto translater a lot) but I don't have a clue what all the japanese pictures are :-/ I've now got a list of some romanji text that I'll try out in my LS tonight (it's 99% japanese) they should get a kick out of it (some of them keep saying they want to learn more more English.. I want to learn SOME japanese )

To get to the point, anyone close to my level that would come group with me so at least 2 of us would speak english I'm guessing some of you will catch up soon and even fly by me as my vacation to play when it launced is over, so no more 18 hour days (play time 3 days 12 hours, and I got the game on Weds 2pm.. you do the math )

Anyway if you need a white mage look me up Heck send me messages I've got a big list of friends from beta, but many are on other servers so I'd like to make a new list Hell msg me if you just want to shoot some shit

Hello, I think I caught a glimpse of you last night in Selbina.

Anyway, last night I hit 20 and got the Sjob quest done. I'll try to get my MNK to 15 then head out to Jeuno to get Chocobo and to PT in Qufim ASAP. My playtime is almost 3 days now. :sweat:

Likely, I was helping someone a ton last night, and did another monument quest.

I got fed my chocobo the 6th green yesterday late afternoon I'm off back in Windurst right now, managed to pick up some sweet gloves off the Ronp Tomb chest last night.

Tonight I'll be doing a few quests in Windurst and leveling up Thief. Then later this evening whtn Qufim gets a bit more populated. Just FYI it's VERY dead 4-7pm or so until some Japanese people get on in the morning. When I was in Jeuno on Sunday I'm pretty sure I was the only English speaker... wouldn't surprise me if I was the first person who got the game on Weds to have a chocobo license

But then agein my play time is closeing in on 4 days.... Too much goofing around as well as leveling Perhaps I'll see you in Qufim tonight, give me a tell in game. We can start a party, I've gotten very good at getting Japanese people to join me. And it'd be nice to not be the only english speaker.

And good luck getting to Jueno :-/ Took me 3 trys and the 3rd try a 35 BLM jumped off a Chocobo and then a 60 PLD from my LS came to help me. So many stinking aggros

Tonight I got to 21 soloing for the Gausebit grass and I'm about to finish the chocobo quest. Tomorrow I'll probably work on MNK sub then back to Jeuno to lvl up.

As a side note, I got blown away by the Jeuno AH. First of all it really sinks in that the Japanese have been playing for a long time when everybody and their brother is in AF. Second, so much awesome equipment for sell, but I wonder how you're supposed to buy the stuff that's in the millions of gil in price. Hard to hunt for the equipment yourself since the Japanese probably camp all the good stuff 24/7 and crafting will be an uphill battle with all the veteran Japanese crafters having most of the market for themselves. Farming weak mobs for weeks? BCNM battles maybe? New servers would've solved this problem though. At least for those of us who like to lvl fast. :sweat:

Anyway, can't wait for more english speaking players to start showing up in Jeuno.

Hit 23 last night, I'm going to go back and buy Raise and level Black Mage some in the Plateau while I wait for some Japanese to log on, then it will be off some place around Jueno (perhaps Qulfim again ) to get 25, only 7.5k away

Another thing that stinks, haveing to wait till late evenings to group with my White Mage

You guys level too damn fast

There's a blm/whm duo in my LS that are also at 23...I've noticed it's mostly mages that are leveling fast though, I wonder why that is?:spin:

Mages get more invites, so most of the time they are leveling off tough monsters in a party. As a warrior, most of the time I am dealing with mobs that give <50 exp a piece, while waiting for invites or looking for mages to party with. And about parties, many players I see seem to think that no. >>> strategy, and can just rush in on anything thats not very tough with a full party .
btw, how fast are you people getting exp at ~lvl15?

Level 15, I got plenty fast xp in Valkrum. Got to 31 last night, though I'm going to take a day or two off and work on Black Mage now. Try and get to 18 for warp.
