OK, so you got to Nashmau. You need to head to Arrapago Reef from there, but there's a pit stop you'll have to make.
If you're under level 65, you'll definitely bring some friends along to help because getting through Caedarva Mire is arguably your biggest challenge. You'll need sneak and invis spells or items to make the trip safer, along with keeping a eye out for imps and chigoes. Bringing higher level buddies (preferably a WHM, BRD or COR for light-based sleep) will also make getting there easier.
Imps are true sight, they'll see through sneak and invis, so hopefully you picked a busy time to pass through J-8 and people are killing them in EXP PTs. If not, you'll just have to be careful, you want to head to J-7 from here.
Stop in the J-7 tunnel and check your sneak/invis, you're about to come upon a little patch of chigoes. They aggro both sight and sound, so you'll need both up to get around most of the mobs you'll pass here anyway.
Hang a left over to I-7 (watch out for another imp) and you'll come upon a little pond with a Jnun and Oil Slick in it. Both aggro sound. Behind them is a ??? that you're going to want to touch for the Lamian Fang Key needed to enter the section of Arrapogo Reef where your COR quest objective is located.
After you get the key, head northwest to J-5 and Zone into Arrapago reef.
Ok, in hear you have a couple stretches where you don't have to worry about sneak/invis, that is, until you come upon the first boat you have to cross at H-10, sneak and invis before crossing that and keep an eye on your HP as well, rest up if you're in the yellow or red.
OK, another little strech of non-aggro. Just cute little Apkallus here. Don't bother them, they won't bother you.
Sneak/invis up again just as you hit the cave at I-10, there's a lamia and skeleton inside. You'll find a locked gate at the top of the tunnel, wait for her to go back down the tunnel or gets to a point where she can't see you before trading the Lamian Fang Key to the door and passing through. Keep Sneak up and head directly west from where you entered that gate and you'll come upon another gate. You don't need a key for this one, just click it.
And now you'll come upon another boat. This one has the COR ??? point you have to click to complete your quest. I hope you got all your cutscenes in Whitegate (the one with Qultada escaping was the last one there), because if you didn't you won't get a reaction from clicking the ??? at this boat.
If you did get those cutscenes, congrats, you're now a COR.
