Hai guys, I've recently started playing FFXI at the recommendation of a friend (leasious ^^)
I'm a long time WoW player, though I've dabbled in hundred of different MMOs, so the change has been fairly smooth, just have a couple of questions (I may use WoW-stuff as examples, please forgive me, but its what I'm used to atm
):
Is there a reliable resource for class mechanics & info\quest\item info? (I'm used to like ElitestJerks for all my class needs and WoWhead for everything else xD But I do like being well versed in whatever class I'm playing)
Do Addons exist? I like making my UI look funky :D
I've been told macros are uber important, is there a decent macro guide floating around, or is it largely learn by feeling?
I'll no doubt come up with more questions as I play, but thats it for now
My toon is called Heonix if anyone fancies an in-game chat too ^^
