Just wanted to post a hello here.
I was an avid player of original EQ for several years, but I haven't played any games since 2003. Due to the whole economy tanking, I have more free time than I'd care to have, so I picked FF XI to give a shot.
I'm sure I will be frequenting this site a lot to check out all the useful info, so saying a big THANKS in advance.

Just a further note...game is downloading now from D2D, so I will be in tonight hopefully. I'm thinking red mage for a first character
