Field Manual Training

I'm leveling in North Gustaberg and decided to partake in the field manual training. None of them are being completed though. I tried the first one, which was to defeat 6 members of the worm family, so I went through North Gustaberg and killed a bunch. When I returned, it still said 0/6. I canceled it, and tried the next one, which was 5 vultures and 1 walking sapling, and the same thing, it said 0/5 and 0/1.

What am I doing wrong? I know it lists a level range for the enemies, but I cut through them all in the suggested area (North Gustaberg), so there shouldn't be any issue, yet I'm not getting any credit.

If you're on your lvl19 war or rdm16 you're to high level for Gustaberg. You have to be able to get exp from the mobs.

Thank you. I couldn't find anything that said you had to be able to get experience from the mobs. Thanks, that helps a lot.

At your level, you should be hitting up Konschtat Highlands or lizzies in the first part of Valkurm Dunes zoning in from the Highlands.

I finally got around to doing the third mission for Bastok, which was getting the 4 doll pieces from Quadav in Palborough Mines. That took friggin forever.

Gonna head to Valkurm Dunes next, and kill some of the lizards there.
