Needing a World pass for Diabolos

So I just joined and made a charecter I have some friends on Diabolos they currently are not online right now but I was wondering if someone could get me a world pass? I was kind of shocked when I took time to make a charecter and i discovered I just could not join a server I wanted to play on.

Siabolos was under maintenance earlier today, you should be able to make your character there now without a pass

You aren't needing a world pass for any server. But BBQ already explained the problem.
