/facepalm (I guess I'll be nice today.)

Final Fantasy 11 is the only Final Fantasy game that is online so far. Final Fantasy 14 does not exist yet, if you mean Final Fantasy 13, or Final Fantasy Vs. 13 they are not online.

Servers do not really matter, just pick one at random.

Other popular games to play online: World of Warcraft, and Warhammer. I'm not to familiar to the MMO scene other than FFXI so I'm sure somebody else will add more. Hopefully this'll answer your question, if not make it clearer so we can understand what you are asking.
