Hello everyone, I'm bleuhaze. I used to play World of Warcraft and I just picked up FFXI Online yesterday and I LOVE IT!

I was hoping someone could give me some tips and whatnot, as I have not completely figured out all the controls, commands, etc.

I would highly recommend checking out the Sticky threads at the top of our General Discussion forum:
General FFXI Discussion - Final Fantasy XI :: Dreams in Vana'diel :: Community

Those threads have a lot of useful information for beginners, including methods of making money, clearing basic quests, and various and sundry topics like how to get access to a chocobo, gaining access to extra jobs, etc.

If you still have specific questions, though, feel free to post a topic and ask for advice.
