I think that's the meaning BRP/Legal Fish is using it as. Basically, he was criticizing the way you two were snipping pettily at each other.

There are often many people in Jeuno or Whitegate shouting recruitments for ls's. Many times its new sky shell or the like, but there are also lots of socials looking. You may also check the server specific forums and see if there are any registered here or if anyone has a shell you could join.
