Hey, New User Here!

Well, I just registered with this site/forum because i just bought the new FF:XII for Xbox 360. I here this game takes a WHILE to catch on to and the economy system is difficult but i am a determined player that always knows anything and everythings about a game. So if anyone wants to help me out, thank you, just PM me whenever your on and we can hook up.

I have to get a keyboard tomorrow but what will I be able to do tonight w/out a keyboard?

glad to see another new player. a few tips that might help you:

-post in your server forum. it helps you meet new people in game.
-do your research. http://www.ffxiclopedia.org/ is a great site to read about all aspects of the game.

good luck, if you end up an ramuh, send eliot a /tell if you want. i'm only lvl 11 so i don't know a ton, but i will gladly answer any questions you have that i know.

Can't do much in the way of conversation with the software keyboard in-game, but have a look around your town, sign up for crafting guilds there, go out and kill all manner of innocent creatures then set up a bazaar to sell your goods. you'll see a bazaar option in the menu, simply pick it out then start pricing the junk you picked up.

Be sure to talk to the gate guards before you leave town to get a buff called Signet, this will allow you to earn conquest points, something you can spend toward equipment by talking to those very same guards.

Theres many simple quests to start out with, perhaps if you tell us which nation you chose, we can steer you in the right direction.

Well thank you for the link. Looks like I will be referring to that a lot. Haha. Well I would still like to know what all I can experience w/out a keyboard. I can't get one until tomorrow and I wanna play tonight. Feedback would be great. Thanks.

If you wish, you can choose which server you would like to go to when you start the game. So if there's anyone here who strikes you as particularly nice, you can click on the "Character Information" link below their username to see what server they're on, and join up with that person.

I'm not sure what server has the most population of people from FFXIonline but I'm sure there's some way to check.
