'Ello there. Upon these long years, I have had a secret love for FFXI. But with so many distractions in life, never got around to playing it. Staying behind the side lines while learning... absolutely nothing. (Seriously, I still can't figure out the magic behind WS chains)

Until now!

I can finally join. With my PS2 for that matter, seeing as this computer sucks and Xbox 360 is a no-no. Though I do have my worries. Is FFXI starting to die down, or is it going to take more than awhile until it kicks the budget? Just curious. >.>

Sooo~... yes. In a few days, you will have a new member. And along with it, endless of questions that will probably direct me right back to the search tool. @w@; So I'll just end this topic with one tiny question.

FFXI is faaar from dead. Most servers get between 2000 and 3000 players on at any particular time, which is more than enough. We may not have a bajillion players like WOW, but we are definately doing fine and FFXI wont be gone anytime soon.

And I've been seeing a shift in Dragoon love lately, haven't played it myself but it looks like they're getting respec' now XD

Well I can honestly say it is far from dead, I acame back to the game from playing very little at launch, and there are so many members on my server it is astounding, with many new players joining each day! The world of FFXI is far from being dead, and I have played many games to know when they are going. Ah I remember my first, Asherons Call, that was a great game!

Dragoons are getting a lot more love now that there's a clear winner in the "most poorly designed job" category: Puppetmaster.
