Hi folks,

New to FFXI, but... I can't log in to PlayOnline. I have my PlayOnline ID after registering with them, and used a password I commonly use so I knew I'd remember it, but it won't accept it. Any advice?

The only thing I can think of is that you actually used a password and forgot it, or that your caps lock key is on forcing you to put in the wrong password. The password is case sensitive afterall.

I'm not sure if it's possible to recover a password though.

I tried that, but no, didn't work. Does PlayOnline give you a password when you register, or do you choose it? I seem to remember choosing it, hence can't believe it is saying its wrong.
