You can get costumes custom made for you on some websites. Many times they are in Japanese though. You can also find some on Ebay or at least people on Ebay that make costumes and then you could contact them. I even came across a site once that had patterns for some FFXI af's. It's out there, you just have to dig around for it sometimes.

EDIT: Ok, so I thought I would go looking for some costume sites and came upon this cosplaying site. I got sidetracked there and it was interesting. Now before any cosplayer jump on me, this is all in fun. I greatly respect the time and effort and GUTS put into making and wearing of any costumes. Back in my days it wasn't anime but Star Trek and I dressed as Spock....ears and all!
