I used MPEG1 for the MPEG version.
And I used Xvid for the AVI version.
Everyone seems to be having trouble watching, so I may re-encode soon ~_~

i had problems with the Mpeg version but just d/l'd the Xvid version and it works ^^

Well, I just fixed the MPEG version, apparently, I was still encoding into MPEG2 from when I was burning DVD's, and that's fine as long as you have the software, but that's why many people couldn't see it.
I re-encoded into MPEG1, so it should work now ^_^

I just checked it and it is working, however, I am over my bandwidth limit, so if the file dissapears before I can buy another plan for extra bandwidth, you'll know what happened ^_^
To try it another way,
Go to http://www.vanadielroyalguard.com
and Click on Videos
Then, right click and save it to your comp, it works better that way.
