            People are often confused with this word. Although french in pronounciation, its traditional french translation has been somewhat distorted over the years. The best definition is this: When one party touches another in an inappropriate way. The two parties tend to be of the same gender and enjoy fondling. They usually get frustrated via electronic or telephonic communication.
