This grew, and went on for over an hour. Anyone else have any bored fun in Jeuno?

Oh and the only thing like the OP is talking about I've been on has been a big player-train while in Windy.
PS> No, it wasn't an orgy, and no, no subligars were involved in it.sigpic

Re: Loitering in Jeuno
The day the Rize of the Zilart expansion was released in Japan, those of us who were around back in those days living in America and playing the import version... Well, we didn't have the expansion yet. We had to wait another couple of days for our copies to arrive in the mail.
All the Japanese players, and all of our friends and LS mates in Hong Kong and other parts of Asia, were off getting their Kazham passes and exploring the jungle (yes, I know a lot of people are going "exploring the jungle?! it's boring!" but remember, it was a BRAND-NEW area) and some of the other new areas that were released in RoZ. Onzozo, Ro'Maeve, Ifrit's, Uggalepih, Rancor (although nobody could get in the "main" entrance yet), Boyhada, Gustav, Korroloka, Kuftal, Altepa, Rabao, Norg, Sea Grotto... All these areas were brand new and ripe for exploration. And all these areas were places where you couldn't go without the expansion. Plus they were off unlocking the new jobs: SAM, NIN, and DRG. SMN was new too, but the expansion was NOT required to unlock it.
So this left a few dozen of us who lived in America scratching our heads and wondering what to do with ourselves. We couldn't join our friends in exploring the new areas. We couldn't try to find a PT, because 99% of the server was busy looking at new shiny things. Plus most of us didn't really have jobs close to one anothers' levels.
So we stood around in a completely abandoned Jeuno and made a train not dissimilar from the one pictured above, except we were following one of the slowly-walking NPCs.
It was too weird for words. Back in those days, the only Jeuno auction houses were in Lower Jeuno and Ru'Lude Gardens, so LJ was normally jam-packed with people. It was empty. Once in awhile one person would run by, stop, look at us funny, and keep on trucking by. Presumably they had returned to Jeuno in the first place because they had collected their keys and were getting their Kazham pass. I can't even begin to describe how surreal the whole thing was.å¬75|åŸ75|é»’75|赤75|戦72|白60|ç£40|å¿37| æš—37|ã‚·37|ナ32|ä¾30|モ30|ç«œ21|é’14||ã‹8| ç‹©7|コ7
