It's true, male characters in FFXI tend to look queer that naked. Ever seen a Galkan without armor? You're talking about one big rat (oh come on Galkan, you know it's just a joke!), and then the male Elvaan look like big trees with eyes. Tarutaru males are a bit different. As for hume males, nothing to be surprised there. Which all that helped me pick a female character instead of a male character.
