nah i don't believe it was outpost ('sides didn't they nerf that a while back). it was all KRT and EP Forces from what I hear.

I can see KRT parties doing it, but there couldn't nearly be enough parties to offset and then overpower the amount of new jobs leveling there. Bastok did it once on the server I'm on and I know for a fact they merely donated scorpian subligars and such back when they were 2k a piece. It was some linkshell thing, Bastokans always do it the easiest way possible.Comment

I'm like 90% sure you have to spend money to get a newbie zone like that. Would take a concerted effort on both San D and Windurst's part to do so otherwise. You can't do EFs in newbie zones.

no, all you do is have everyone from windurst go farm a zone that has low level armor drops, and trade that to the outpost all week long. all those little points do add up.
