That's definatly a Mithra, one of the NPCs in the main town Windhurst (home of the Mithra and Taru - little people)

well.... they can slack all they want to as long as they email me those awesome screenshots, jk i think they just take a spectator and turn him in circles until hes unconscious and when he comes to, he takes a picture of w/e, cept that picture, i think the spec was drunk or somethin lmao

It goes through the same cycle of shots. If you open the window it will "wander" across the different cities and areas.

Also, the webcam pans up from the feet on an NPC in sandoria. At first I was like "ohhh, yeah," then as the camera panned up further my comments turned to "OMGWTF IT'S A GUY!"

Yeah, the webcamera is set on a kind of specific pattern it does. It seems to shoot around randomly to different zones but each zone how it acts seems kind of specific. In Norg it is fixed in one spot and tracks an NPC that goes left and right.

In some areas it glides past the area in a partern, in some it's fixed to an NPC wanders around the NPC. There was one area were the Camera was just fixed on a stair way and a player actually found it and was sitting in front of it. During maintenances you can generally see that live camera doing some odd stuff.
