Aeolus how did you fix it? You had the same problem with FFXITool as I did, so I'm curious.

The way FFXItool works is it loads the zone FULLY onto your system, but in the confines of a window. There are no zone borders or special effects.
The larger the zone the slower the camera moves. HOWEVER once you are in the confines of a buidling or cave the camera speeds up somewhat.
camera controls are the INSERT key areas. It's Official Promathia Hates me....

8: Move foward
2: Move backword
4: Rotate camera left
6: Rotate camera right
9: Move down
3: Move up
7: Center at 0,0,0
+: Next data file
-: last data file
Hold control and press any movement key to speed up the movment to about 2-3 times what it normaly is. Also, I'v found that movement speed depends on how many pollygons are displayed on screen. I think that number above the XYZ possision is the poly count, but I cant read japanese so I dont know for sure.
No Ifs Ands or Buts about it.

Tomfin, what I had done wrong was bassically moving the FFXITool folder into my FFXI folder and expecting it to read the DAT files from there. It can't funnily enough, you need to cut all the stuff in the folder and paste it straight into the FFXI folder so its no longer in a sub folder, it can now read DAT files and will work. If not then you didnt have the same problem as me and I dunno how to help75 Mnk Sam | 70 Drk | 40 Blm | 37 Nin Rng Thf War

First pic(no number): Statue of Promathia, in the Sacrarium
Second pic (no number): Statue of Altana. I don't know where this is.
Pic #1: Some sort of control center. Stylisticly, it looks like it would be in Grand Palace of Hu'Xzoi, but I don't remember seeing anything that looks like that in there.
Pic #2: Another strange pic. Style looks a lot like Hu'Xzoi again, but there's nothing that looks like that in there.
Pic #3: Looks like Al'taieu, but there's no accessible areas that look like that. Perhaps in the northern half?
Pic #4: This is actually accessible in-game. It's in The Garden of Ru'Hmet.
Pic #5: Similar to #1 and #2. Looks like it would belong in Grand Palance of Hu'Xzoi but there's no place that looks like it there.
Pic #6-9: No idea where this is. The grass indicates the zone is not in Lumoria, so I've no idea what zone these pics may belong to.
Pic #10: Looks like it was taken from somewhere in Pso'Xja, but I don't recognize the exact picture.
Pic #11-14: These pictures are all from Al'taieu.
Pic #15: I think this is from Grand Palance of Hu'Xzoi.
Pic #16: This is one of the elevators in The Garden of Ru'Hmet.
Pic #17: One of several "empty" rooms in The Garden of Ru'Hmet.
Pic #18: This is defiinitely from Al'Taieu, but not in any of the accessible parts. Probably in the northern half.
Pic #19: This is a cross-section view of the main elevator in The Garden of Ru'Hmet.
Pic #20: One of many doorways, looks like it's from Grand Palace of Hu'Xzoi.
Pic #21: Booby-trapped ramp guarding one of the towers in Ru'Hmet. What the picture DOESN'T show you are the 2 Aw'zdei lurking to either side who will ambush you as you step through unless you're VERY careful.

Re: FFXI tooled pics
Hmmm, does anyone know what area was used for Ballista Royale? So far Ballista Royale has been JP only, maybe that area was used for Ballista Royale? Other than that I have no clue... however if does have a slight Bastokan style to it (I mean who else would build a monorail with a cannon train thingy? ) Beyond the outpost/fort style wooden fence the buildings kinda looked Bastokan to me as well but I can't really say since I can't see them very well. I do wonder what that place is for or where that place is though.

Re: FFXI tooled pics
The trian is in the area outside chocobo wood. I could get another picture of the sign and area if youd like since i deleted it off my host.
Ballista Royale? Are you talking about the ballista that showed up on the live cams before it was fully released? that took place in Jugner on the Atomos test server.
