I honestly wish I knew. Assuming since i've never seen it obtainable in the game, or a boss using it, it seems like it'd be a boss weapon for a future patch/expansion. I'll have clipper on when that happens.

Only reason I dont is due to how brutally repetitive it is, the only reason I would do it is to max out fame in Bastok, but since I already have Titan, there really is no need.
