Well I read the plot summary on GameFAQs (also written by a FFXIonline poster) and it goes on a bit further in the explanation then the spot we're at now. Some interesting stuff about Tenzen's sword in particular... (ohhhh, now you're all curious!)

Needless to say, it said that Diabolos was from Dynamis, and Dynamis is the world of dreams... not sure if that's correct, but that's what it said.

To neighbortaru: I know, it is just... the level grind man. I'm quite burned out on leveling. I've accumlated 2,589,600 experience with all my characters so far. That's a lot... I don't mind being a mage, I like it a lot. Melee won't provide me with anything exciting.

To Tchernobyl: Yeah, I figured we thought on the same wavelength. I've already know quite a few people who are proudly wearing their FFXI retirement t-shirt. It is very true though.

As for WoW, I'll probably be a Human. I haven't read too much on WoW, but Human was *my* race in Warcraft 3. So I'll follow the tradition. Job-wise, I have no clue. All I know is there is Priest and Warrior.

Yes... yes.... Mithra in Lorica... So hot. That last picture... You gave me goosebumps. ~_~ I know it is a game, but it is "art" and they have nice bodies & a nice complexion. T_T

To CRtwenty: I see. I never read it. I don't go to many websites, especially that related to FFXI except like 3. How accurate is it or is it just speculation mixed in with in-game plot summary.

I didn't know that about Diabolos. Hrmm.. *shrugs*.

Another thing that got me, now that i think of it, is the overpopulation of servers. It might just be midgard but still. You do something... ANYTHING... there's likely a dozen if not more people doing the exact same thing. Usually that's either leveling or farming or crafting or camping or anything. Game seems designed for like half of the people that it currently has


Classes? Well there's quite a few. Druid, Hunter, Mage, Warrior, Priest, Rogue, Warlock... Shaman being Horde specific, Paladin is Alliance specific. That's your choices


And yeah. Part of my choice for taking mithra was i didn't want to stare at some ugly guy's ass the whole time. Mithra was far more... appealing >_>:sweat:

Oh, I knew you weren't insulting them. All the same, both defeats were a tad bit embarrassing and I did mean it honestly when you said you referred to them tactfully.

And yes, I'm looking forward to all rank 10. Though once I get my third flag and signet staff, it's back to beloved Windurst for me. I miss having my Federation Aketon not work there, and I miss the top of Heavens Tower. ; ;

It might be me but I only see elvaan and mithra any more and not sayin the u are bad Fal but I cant stand elvaan(in other words I hate them) half of them I party with think there better then all the others and most of them suck at there job but that just me.

I like that sam from PoC mission he is to cool ^^

O and how is youe smn comin I see your about 66 on it now I still think you lvl to fast.

This im asking to all 75: Why do Jp hate loseing HNm(like KB) to Na that might sound dumb but I just wonder.

NA hate losing HNM to other NA. NA hate losing HNM to JP. I suspect JP hate losing HNM to other JP. Why would it be odd for JP to hate losing HNM to NA? Any group is gonna be pissed to lose a 3-hour-window, once-a-day spawn, with very valuable drops, to any other group.

Probably something to do with having the game first and with them alone (or at least not sharing high-level-ness with NAs yet) for so long... = a metric fuckton less competition for stuff.

San d'Oria 7-2 was the most awesome BCNM fight I've ever fought. For two very simple reasons:

1. Party makeup: 75 BRD/WHM (me), 75 PLD/WAR (anyone who knows me can guess who this is). That's it.
2. Battlefield clear time: 29:56. Battlefield time limit: 30:00. First try.

I was running on adrenaline for an hour afterward.

To Grodo: Elvaans are plagued by arrogance and you're mad at them for being so (AAs anyone?) Haha. Yeah, I'm halfway to 66 now. I don't level fast... My SMN would be a lot higher but I have to help the LS, friends, etc. quite frequently. So that puts a hold on my leveling purposes.

I think Vilurum and Tchernobyl hit it on the head in terms of HNMs. So I won't delve into it any deeper.

San d'Oria 7-2 is like Bastok 7-2 or Windurst 6-2 ... in other words, a BCNM fight where only people who are on or past the mission can help (note: it still qualifies as "past the mission" if you've passed it and then switched countries). And like the other two, you have to fight a small group of NM beastmen respective to the country.

Having said that, it should therefore come as no surprise that it was a BCNM battle against orcs. More specifically, a DRG, a RNG, and a PLD orc, as well as two of their war machine tank things. All in all, nothing a balanced, decently high level party should have the slightest bit of trouble with, provided the ones not being fought are kept asleep, and you handle the respective 2-hours properly.

Doing it as a duo, however, was a lot trickier. I was MP battery as usual, but also in charge of keeping the unwanted enemies asleep (and not getting killed in the process), and healing as much as possible. My PLD friend was the main damage output, tanking the enemy awake and being killed, and also healing as much as possible.

In other words, the enemies were slow to die because neither of us was hurting them particularly fast (due to low damage output due to our jobs to begin with, not to mention cure spell spam), and we had to stop after each kill and recover MP.

It was an extremely fun and exciting battle as a result though. We each came close to death several times, and as I already mentioned, we won with a mere 4 seconds left until it kicked us out for taking too long. I really wish I had fraps up so I could've taken a screenshot of the battlefield clear time. ; ;

Heh wow I was away for awhile. My sleep schedule is screwed up; I've been sleeping during the day and playing during the night. And sorry Fal, but I couldn't wait anymore.; I got an awesome Quicksand Caves PT last night and got to level 47. :sweat: As for WAR AF.... bleh. Not only can I not stand playing WAR (I don't even really like tanking with my NIN, but alas, it must be done), but I think that Lorica looks ugly on Mithras. :dead: Sure it shows off the tummy... but it makes our boobs look smaller. >_< And my Rogue's Vest will show off my tummy too, and looks a hell of a lot better. I was thinking my "around town" outfit could look something like this:

As for where you left off with those Promathia pics: damn you. :mad: I agree with Vilirum though; I don't think the boy's all that bad. Just a little women's intuition.

War AF looks a lot better than THF AF. Your breasts aren't smaller with the Lorica! That look you're wanting... erm, the pants could use some work. It looks like you're getting ready for aerobics or something. Rogue's Vest is fine, but do something more stylish about the pants.
