Hey guys. I'm here & still alive. Sorry for the lack of presence lately (as well as posts). I intend to post the pictures soon as well as my first Dynamis run with fellow high level NAs on our server. I'm in the process of editing them now, so expect them soon (I promise). Not much has really happened as of late. I have just been leveling a lot (I gained 4 levels over the 4th of July weekend) as well as got tons of gil from my LS (Venemous Claw sold). I came home late yesterday and my LS was rounding up the final NMs they wanted to fight that day and we finished off with Voluptuous Vivian. I joined on that one (wanting to get my revenge on that b***h for killing me when I was a BLM months ago). I didn't get shots but she was kinda tough. I like my new title "The Vivisector". Stay tuned.

Filling some requests:
1) Someone asked for a Thief with AF2? This is the only Thief I know on our server with the Body. NOt sure about the rest of her gear.
2) A while back, Charity & Kyrial wanted a Hume blonde without the yarmulke (FYI: its the hat that Jewish people wear, also called a kippah. That's what I call it in game :p, not offensively of course). I'm filling this request.

Hmm. For some reason, my screenshots look really vivid. I wonder what happened... I didn't change anything... *Scratches his head* Maybe its because I haven't messed with posting them lately... Anyway, stay tuned for the Nidhogg shots.

NIDHOGG SHOTS
So I was leveling in the Boyahda Tree as my RDM and I notice my LS is in Dragon's Aery. They're hunting Fafnir/Nidhogg and I wanted to join them. Well after about an hour later, I still notice they are in there when my PT is over. They tell me to come look at Nidhogg. Apparently someone beat them to the pull and they were watching anxiously for time of death. I head my way over there and check out the guy. He looks just like Fafnir (maybe bigger?) Anyway, I got a *lot* of cool pictures compared to my Fafnir shots (the Fafnir shots were in 1024x768 resolution). This is in the original hi-res I normally post in and well.. the pictures have many nice shots of this baddy. Hope you like!

Next up, the NAs of Quetzalcoatl first Dynamis - San'Doria collaboration!

Bad news Kyrie.. The Dynamis pics I have are in 800x600. I don't think any computer except hi-end computers can even handle the lagginess of Dynamis.

I tried doing 1024x768 prior to going to Dynamis (when everyone was waiting). It was just way too choppy. I tried setting the # of characters on screen to the minimum amount and that fixed it (until I went to Dynamis). I had to change it back to max because it looked like my party disappeared and all I saw was the mobs of Dynamis and just a couple of our alliance.

However, the good news is that several fellow Quetz NA players also took screenies (quality & resolution varies of course) and I gave them permission to post them after I post my initial batch. The names are not filtered, because there's just too many of them (plus I don't think any of the fellow high level NA Quetz players would mind having their picture shown on this thread).

Expect them real soon.

BTW, I'm really proud the way these Nidhogg shots turned out. As I said, for some reason the quality of them (lately) seems to be better than my past screenshots. I dunno what I did though but several of the Nidhogg ones are wallpaper worthy IMO.

Yeah, I like RDM Hat. I look cool I'd rather have the guild sunglasses though. I'm working on it

DYNAMIS SAN'DORIA
On the server of Quetzalcoatl, yesterday was a big day in history of the server for the NA players. It marked our first official Dynamis run as a group. Other players have already been before (with their own JP LSes), but it was good to see fellow NAs do something together for once. Before I begin, let me elaborate how it is on my server.

Quetzalcoatl, in terms of high level NAs is severely behind the other more popular servers of FFXI. Ragnarok, Leviathan, Midgardsormr (to name a few) already have tons of 70+ players who are very successful in Dynamis runs as well as HNM LSes. Quetzalcoatl really only has one "all NA" HNM LS. There are others that are a mix of JP & NA. So yesterday was very special, at least to me. I don't associate with many NA players since I've been in my JP LS for several months now, but it was good to see everyone putting aside their grudges against each other to work for a greater whole which was in this case, performing a Dynamis run together. I think this is a start of a good thing, especially once we work the kinks out and start kicking ass.

With that said, I would furthermore like to thank B & A (names abbreviated just in case you don't want attention) for putting together this collaboration. I don't even know if you read FFXI Online forums but if you do, thanks again! Thanks also goes to Halfway & Kisada (also readers of this thread) for letting me know about it. It was really surprising on how many high level NAs there were and yet I only knew a handful of them. For those of you that were high enough level and went on the Dynamis run last night, its great that we all worked together to the best of our ability and hope we can continue to do stuff like this together.

As for the pictures, they are in low resolution. 800x600 to be exact. I had to lower it because I don't have the best PC in the world and despite that I can run in high res for most situations, Dynamis was just too much for my computer to handle. However as I said previously to fellow Dynamis members last night, they are welcome to post their pictures on my thread. I only got a handful because I was busy refreshing, buffing & healing, so the more the merrier. Without further ado, here they are.
