Quickie update before I go to lunch. This is the first time I've seen him, so it was really neat to see a gigantic scorpion. He was fairly easy, then again... the tank you see here is uber. We didn't get the ring, but we did get something better, the Venemous Claw, which current sells for 5 million (expensive item for the Scorpion Harness). I think the price is going down though, so it may be down to 4 mill. Regardless, when it sells, i'll have a nice payday Enjoy.

Congrats on Serket, although it seemed liked a walk in the park compared to the Kirin battle! I have a question about Dynamis gear/Relic weapon drops. From what I can tell, you have a very well organized LS that tries to treat everyone fairly in regards to spliting proceeds from drops. When it comes to the Dynamis gear or Relic weapons, how do you decide who gets which drop? Lot, or the main leader chooses who gets what?

I ask because I've been checking out the gear I want in the future for my red mage, and I figure that each item would be highly wanted by everyone involved that needs it.

Oh, one more thing: so far, what is you favorite moment in FFXI? If you have any pictures or already posted them, link me to it! Thanks in advance!

I've been absent the past few days, so my apologies. I do have some Nidhogg shots for you. They are essentially the same as the Fafnir shots, but the name says Nidhogg. Regardless, I have some interesting pics of this nasty dragon with better angles IMO.

The new patch has me (and my LS excited). Last night, they wanted to have a Merit Point XP party, but I couldn't join. The other half of the LS was doing mannequin stuff. Anyway, stay tuned.

Crystal Warriors?

Hey Fal... I've been lurking here for quite a while. I love browsing through all your screenshots. They kept me interested in the game when I was on a forced hiatus for some time. ^^


I have a question for you, and forgive me if it's been mentioned, asked, or discussed before. Have you opted to tackle the Crystal Warriors yet? I admit my last full perusal of all these amazing (and sometimes amusing!) screenshots was some time back, but I'm sure I would have remembered a mention of the Ark Angels. (Again, forgive me if I'm just being completely senile and they're already posted somewhere.)

I'm not even sure what is involved with being able to fight them in the first place. I've seen a few shots on Allkhazam and around; those are some cutscenes of which I would LOVE to see movies. Who knows when I'll ever be able to go after them myself. ^^
