Yes. I'd rather have +5 INT than +4 Elemental Magic Skill. That's just my choice. It is not a "right" or "wrong" choice. That amount of Elemental Magic Skill can be obtained from 1 merit point upgrade alone.

Oh and I leave you guys with a picture of the hottest Elvaan in all of FFXI. Finally, Square-Enix put a good-looking Elvaan female in the game. All the existing ones look like dogs! I hope I get to hook up with her. :spin:

SPOILER ALERT - ZILART STORYLINE @ TENSHODO HQ
I forgot to post these when I finished up the Zilart Expansion. Someone mentioned it to me so I hopped on down to the Tenshodo HQ and got this cutscene to finish up what happened at the end of Zilart. If you don't want to see, just keep scrolling!

Taru Fun Shots
It has been a while since I posted anything "fun" so I thought I'd do that here before the Promathia shots. I know some of you don't want to see the Divine Might shots, so I'll just put a spoiler tag after the Taru ones. It has some storyline stuff in there, so those of you worried about Zilart story, don't worry.

The Taru Shots is just a train of Taru (and then others) following someone in a subligar around Ru'lude Gardens. It was quite funny as more and more Taru joined along in the train. Others just followed next to the train. The train got so huge, I didn't get to load all the people following (which is why it doesn't look like many). I have max models turned on too! Just a little humor before getting serious.

Anyway, lets get started shall we? First up, Taru Fun.

Divine Might
Divine Might is a quest you can obtain when you get to Tu'lia. Most of you know that you can battle the Arkangels individually. With Divine Might, you can fight them all at the same time with an alliance & achieve the same thing. The catch is, 1 person in your alliance (who trades the item) must have beaten the AAs individually. Many of us did it for the earrings. I was lucky to be invited by a friend. He did a great job of organizing & researching it. The alliance also did a wonderful job & I wouldn't have wanted anyone else with us. The Divine Might was performed several times, as we kept dying (we also had to do it over a period of 2 days because we ran out of Pentaspheres). Each time we fought, we got we got better. Everyone started to feel for what they were supposed to do. In the end, we owned the AAs. You can only get one earring, so once you choose, it is permanent & you cannot get another. It is important to choose wisely. I obviously chose the Abyssal Earring because of my jobs. Earrings with +2 stat is quite expensive for some jobs. These were free. Here are the stats (all Rare/EX):

INT+2, Scythe skill+5, Dark magic skill+5

Knight's Earring
Level 72 - All Jobs
VIT+2, Shield skill+5, Divine magic skill+5

Beastly Earring
Level - All Jobs

Level 72 - All Jobs
AGI+2, Enhances "Dual Wield" effect, Sword skill+5

Level 72 - All Jobs

Mithran Character Models
Here's a few Mithras in different outfits. 2 of them being the new expansion armor and the latter being another Red Mage AF2. I really like the Sha'ir Manteel on the Mithra. Can they get any more cuter? I think not! :spin:

Update: The next set I'm about to post is screenshots of some of the expansion areas. This is the last set I'll post before I start posting the Promathia Missions. Again, the purpose of the Promathia Missions screenshots is for those of you interested in the storyline and don't mind learning about it through screenshots. I've captured every piece of mission dialogue in these screenshots so the only thing you're missing is the actual full-motion cutscene. Don't worry, I'll put a spoiler tag for you for those screenshots. So expect the Promathia stuff next time. For now, enjoy some of the awesome expansion areas.
