nice pics, I especially like the ones of Nidhogg with his mouth open. I have a question though, it's for anyone who would like to answer. Whats the difference between the Raises? I have heard so many things, and I can't seem to find any info on them either. So I figured I'd ask the person who gets Raise 3's most of the time. What does it do for EXP? And 1 more thing, congrats on full RDM AF. Hoping to finish mine this week. Anyhow thanks for posting.

I'm not sure if Fal gave me permission to post these, so i'll cross my fingers and hope i don't get yelled at . I generally got alot of shots of the NMs and alliance deaths, not soo much the standard mobs. We all had a ton of fun, and like Fal said it was great seeing everyone drop their grudges and come together as a huge LS. Everyone that i've ever done anything with showed up and we had a blast. We all died on the 3rd NM because of a train that we made by accident, so recovering took about 15-20 mins killing our chances at the final NM which we later tried to rush and ended up dieing at the time limit, creating the nice mass death in sandoria.

Having all our melees run after our mages was the laugh of the night (the 10+ people you see in a mass are charmed and running after the poor mage tarus).


Dynamis-Style Wyvern, too bad the regulars don't look like this


2nd or 3rd NM? i lost track but this was pulled along with a huge train, thus killing everyone and knocking off a good chunk of our time.


Final NM (i think). We pulled this with 5 mins left as a desperate attempt to win, of course we pulled a huge train and everyone died.


And the aftermath


All in all it was a great time for all. We've learned from our mistakes and we plan to make them a routine in the future. Maybe next time we'll get at least one AF2 drop :sweat:

There's 3 types of "end game" level 70+ armor that is obtainable and getting any of the three is no easy task... Two of the three have been available for a while (Type 1 & Type 2), but Type 3 was just recently implemented and very few people have these on all servers.

Type 1: God-Dropped Armor (Dropped only by the biggest HNMs in Vana'diel.)
Type 2: Cursed Artifact Armor (Also known as Abjuration Armor. Abjuration (Rare/EX) scrolls are dropped only by the "God" HNMs in Vana'diel.)
Type 3: Artifact Armor Series 2 (Known as AF2. Obtainable only in Dynamis.)

Many people in my JP LS have all 3 types. The most common however are Types 1 & 2 (because again, they have been available for quite some time).

To Nnep: Hey man, no problem. I said it that night as a general statement to everyone. Alteredstate is supposed to post a couple. Anyone that went on the Dynamis - San'Doria run Tuesday, feel free to post here if you wish.

unfortunately we were getting low on time and our first attempt to pull got messed up and killed just about everyone. We got raised and tried again but by that time we were down to somewhere around 3mins and again the pull failed. I ran out to see and the overlord was in the middle of like a 4 mile train

It still wasn't nearly as bad as I had expected and next time we'll have our revenge, big ben style

Hey Lion. Those shades you have on. Are those the Goldsmithing ones? I'm working on getting them but then someone told me there were cooler ones that were Matrix-style from Bonecraft(?)?

Awww yeah! You the man. I like Goldsmithing better. The amber ones are cool, but I don't think they match my character (amber seems clashy on RDM AF & my Level 75 BLM gear).

Wow, awesome shots, Fal and Nnep! ^^ I saw so many names I recognized. Only one I've talked to in-game though (besides Fal, of course) is Jazper. :sweat: But I've seen a lot of those people around. I also saw Pye's name in there! He told us he was quitting! :mad: He used to be the leader of my LS, but told us he was breaking it because he was quitting the game. :/ We went through a lot of chaos getting everything back together... he could've just told us he was breaking it because he didn't feel like having it anymore. >_> But anyway... was Nasya there, Fal? Or is she not high enough yet for Dynamis? I haven't talked to her recently, so I don't know what level she is anymore. :sweat:

From what I understood (and those of you that went Tuesday night correct me if I'm wrong), we weren't accepting any melee jobs that were below level 70. Mage jobs were fine, because there's no real discrimination from nuking the tombstones to healing your party members (after all, a heal is a heal and a nuke is a nuke). A melee job however, will be much less useful because they would miss or do crap damage.

As for Nasya, she is level 64 I think? The minimum level for Dynamis is 65. I knew a couple other ppl who wanted to go but they were melee jobs and well.. wouldn't be as useful from what I understand (and every Dynamis mob was hard hard hard!)
