The Zilart Missions are neat in their own way. It seemed Square-Enix did a lot at the time to please the Japanese players (and importers) when the expansion came out. S-E is still doing lots to add to the fun of FFXI, as the Ballista PvP shows.

As for the English guides, there's a few people on this forum who post in the Missions & Quests threads that have posted on what to do. I personally resolved to going to a Japanese website for clarity on what to do and what not to do on these missions.

Thanks ashirys! Your compliments really mean a lot (as well as everyone's elses comments). Its the reason I keep coming back to post screenshots on this forum rather than make a webpage on my own.

Haha, I don't think being high level should make someone self-centered/conceited. In the event that I do get cocky (I don't see that happening), someone please slap me.

Oh no, my WHM is level 37. That would be blasphemy for me to have an underleveled sub! I'm working on the redmage sub during the weekdays (when I don't do goldsmithing) because at level 75, you can't do much without your JP LS members who are at work/school/sleeping.

Some NM/HNM Shots (More to come!)
Random HNMs. We had scouts (or people leveling) giving the LS some inside scoops. We got beat on Charybdis pull (the Squid/Manta) by just about 2 minutes . You ton of people in the Charybdis because half of those people are my alliance watching to see if the other alliance could handle it. We left shortly after. As for the Roc pull (the giant bird), we came too late by about 5 minutes.

For Aquarius HNM (the crab), my Ninja LSmate invited me and was running to the moghouse. He told me to get ready to go to the Boyahda Tree. We rushed out there on chocobos after I teleported us to the Mea Crag. A group of high 68s to low 70s group were "prepping up" to attack when immediately upon entering the area, we pulled it. :spin: It was just us 2 until a redmage came for the latter half of the battle. Adamantoise was a joke. We owned him (then again, we're all 75 :spin: )

when your battleing and someone talks or something, what determines if it will stay at the top of the chat log, like in a separate box? i've had it happen to me before on rare occasions i believe, is there a setting to make it do that?

Chat filters. You have an option to hold the main types of communication (say, tell, shout, LS, party). I hold only tell, LS, party chats.

It's just like regular chat. It grabs all the chat you selected to "hold". But just like the regular screen, if someone (or some people) type too fast, it'll scroll past as fast as it comes in. As for it going away, it will disappear at the speed you set your text delay at.

Cool, 1 of my LS members (lvl 70 blm) was in a PT that took on the Aquaries, They must of been 69-70 lvl, PLD died and so did my LS BLM, Not sure if they killed it or not tho,, Didnt see it again tho.

With the Item drops that are Weapons or armour, If there is somone in the PT or Alliance that can use it or wants it will only them lot for it, or will it allways go for sale on the AH and gill given out evenly~...or is there something else done.?

tho people who don't want the story ruined can just skip those images

The LS I'm in is very unselfish, which surprises me. It surprises me because there's another HNM LS I know on the same server and they whine & beg a lot for the items that drop.

As for weapons/armor/etc if someone in the LS can use that equip, we just give it to them. If its rare/ex, we definitely give it to the member with the closest job. If its a tie or more than 1 person needs it, those people lot on it.

If nobody can use it, there's 1 of 2 things that happen. If the item is low priced (IE: Adaman ore or something thats under a million, whoever wins the lot keeps it). If the item sells for a lot more than a million, its split between all those involved in getting it.

Np np. It just seemed like a lot of people didnt want to see the shots and all the pictures from the last page were all Zilart, so this is just a change of pace.

Quetz is down and I have a couple more HNM shots for you guys. I'm gathering them up with the ones I'm getting ready to post to have a big HNM/NM screenshotfest.
