Fal, like someone said in a previous post, you are one crazy mofo. That's some 1337 equipment you've got there. You're truly an inspiration to the rest of us to, as Mizer said, get off our lazy asses and level up more. Personally, I think that as soon as my Dagger+1 sells on the AH so I can buy the last couple items I need for my Gobbiebag expansion, I'm gonna do some lvling in Qufim. Then I can finish my mission for Windurst Rank 3 (gotta fight the Bastok dragon), lvl some more, and then get the keys for my Kazham airship pass. ^^

Anyway, leveling up isn't everything to this game. You guys need to do a balance of Missions/Quests, moneymaking, and leveling up equally. If you become a "leveling whore" and you have no money, then you're in a dilemma because you don't have adequate equipment or spells at that level. When that happens, whether you are a mage or a tank, you aren't doing your job efficiently.
Nobody wants a mage who doesn't have the needed spells at a that level and nobody wants a tank or melee player who has crappy equipment. I've known parties (both English & JP) who have actually kicked out people from their party because of it.
You're pretty much bringing down the efficiency & productivity of the whole party. I've known several people who didn't have enough money for spells, so around level 48+, they were bursting with level 1 spells or they weren't bursting at all. The same goes for some tanks, I've known some people who just leveled and never tried to make money. They would be in their level 40s and would still have level 20 equipment. This is extremely bad for the healers. They would have to dump twice as many heal spells on that person just to keep him alive.
One more *important* thing to certain melee jobs. Many of you meleers know you can equip multiple weapons. It is very very important for you to keep the skill levels up in at least 2 or more weapons. If you are maxed on your main weapon, pick up another and start leveling it up now while you're somewhat low. The reason for this is because at higher levels, certain skillchain sets work better than others. I have known several American players who are in their 60s but have actually gotten kicked out of parties because they are lacking in weapon skills. These jobs that are mostly targeted are Warrior & Dark Knight. Specialty jobs that use 1 weapon primarily (Dragoon, Thief, Ninja, Samurai, Monk aren't really affected).
This wasn't supposed to be a lecture or anything. Its just that many players are concentrating on being the highest level they can without even taking notice to other important aspects of the game. I just wanted to bring it to your attention.
Anyway... I guess what I just wrote may seem negative but hopefully helpful, so I'll stop here in hopes you'll take my advice. I leave you with a request made by Thoronas on the March 17th. He requested a Holy spell in action, so I got it for you. Also, my PT achieved a very difficult feat. We hit EXP Chain #6 with just 1 party. For those of you that don't know, in order to achieve #6, you have about 20 seconds after you get #5 to kill a mob decent challenge or higher. We killed an IT within 20 seconds after (Level 2 Fusion + Level 3 Light + Firega III + Cure V Bursts)
