Those are both pretty sweet.

For the one you made, I dunno ... I wanna say give the mithra a shadow or fake some footprints or something to tie her more into the picture, but since she's supposed to look ghostly leaving that stuff out makes sense too. Thing is it's less like she's floating there like a ghost like your probably intended and more like she's floating there like you just pasted her there and she doesn't really belong. Maybe make her boots more transparent? Either way, still pretty cool. Can't fault you for saying "good enough" and moving on as it is.

Yea, I'm still getting the hang of it tho on photoshop. I just transitioned from retouching photos to making this.

So I would still need to learn how to make shadowing and such.

Wow, that is really cool. I like the mithra and how she is partly transparent. That makes her look kind of ghost like, in a way she sorta is a ghost. A ghost mithra that can kick my mithra @ss.

The dual wielding elf looks really cool. I was looking at it and thinking about the wings, how one is "good guy" looking and the other is sorta "evil" or "bad guy looking", I was thinking how cool it would look if the sword on the side of the evil wing was also a wicked looking sword opposite the "good guy" looking sword like the wings. Anime picture = right click > set to background.

I have got to get me some photoshop software^^ I applaud your visual. Submit more please.

I am still working more with Ark Angel Mithra here. So I try finding some dark gothicy wallpapers and try to have her fit with the pic. The Mithra one I would say is still being fixed since I am just trying to experiment with Photoshop.

The one with the elf. It's my sig

He is holding two Excaliburs. I couldn't think of an evil sword but I will look around for any then remake that.

This thread keeps my mind rolling. :D

Here is one I did just now. I just fixed up the wings so it doesn't look so pixeled. Its a bigger version of my sig, but with my NPC on it. Comments welcomed. If anyone wants the version without the names, I could post it up as well if anyone wants it.

Suggestions welcomed too on it.
This is just version 2. I plan to change the swords around so it looks much better.

And then this, which I made the other day using photoshop and some FFXI artwork from the Playonline site.

I most likely think it is from the same artist. That artist did well in drawing it.

If only I can get a bigger pic of this one, I would love it.

Yeah, I really like that one too. That would make a gorgeous wallpaper (although it would require cropping).

I love FFXI type wallpapers, but they can be hard to track down. Good ones, at least. And in 1280x1024. And not mithra or hume.
