    Re: Vocalized Ronfaure Theme

    Lovely, just lovely!

Now, just what ARE the lyrics? At first I thought they were in Japanese, but there are some syllables that just don't fit. Perhaps Esperanto, like the Opening Theme/Memoro de la S^tono?

Whatever they are, I want 'em. ^^

Sounds to me like the same language used in a number of vocal pieces on the Suikoden II disc. I'm not sure whether these pieces play/are supposed to play in the game (there's a couple places where the game is bugged and streamed music won't play) but they can be extracted from the disc using appropriate software such as CDXA. (This is abandonware, and GNU/Linux only, but the command-line utilities in old/ work fairly well if you can figure out how to use them.)

there are tiny parts of it that sounds very like japanese to me.
        yami wo.... for example...
over all im not sure but i think I hear something like that here and there

A simple google search indicates that this IS real! BUT NOT OFFICIAL!

          http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&l...ty&btnG=Search

Let me see if iTunes Japan has it or not, since most FF stuff is on iTunes.

iTunes does not have it, but here is something interesting: http://www.lkjp.net/cd/ffcdeternity/eternity.html

Then through that page it links to a non-existent page, but if you drop to a valid directory, you get the artist's home page:
          http://www2.tiara.cc/~fffrom1/

According to ID tag on the MP3, the artist is listed as: 植松伸夫氏/ やまも&morio

The first is Nobuo Uematsu-shi, indicating a reference of higher respect. Generally you do NOT do that to a fellow artist when giving credits unless you are taking their work or admire their work. And if you was part of the team, it is rude to "admire" your own work by such elevation, so this hints of a fan that remixed it.

Yamamo is the name that is listed after and that is the artist homepage above. Therefore, it seems this is an fan-music!

hmm from the page it really looks like a fan's work. It says in their page , "[music from kiseki & Eternity]"

This reminds me a lot of the music from Atelier Iris, if any of you have played that. Lyrics definately sound Japanese. Very nice. I think the live Gustaberg music is still my favorite though.

Now if anyone can dig up arranged versions of my home town's music, I'd be very interested to hear that.

However, this work is VERY Beautiful, and I would LOVE if the FFXI team would commission to vocalize a large portion of the music in FFXI. It gives it THAT much more depth.

I would like to hear the Theme of San d'Oria with lyrics like a national anthem, that would be cool.

I really enjoyed this musical piece. If you (anyone) manages to find the Windurst or Sarutaruba version of this type or style of music, can you please post it or PM me the link for it? If it is Japanese iTunes, I don't know how I will ever be able to purchase this. T_T. I bought all 4 cd's at the Fan Festival.

Excellent find! Thank you very much for posting this. One part of this game that I absoutely love is the music.

If anyone wants to hear more remixes they should check out DJplaeskool's site ( http://djplaeskool.com ). They don't have vocals though, but they're still awesome.
